2. Service-Based Policy

Given the nature of our consultancy services, which often involve bespoke solutions, intellectual property, and significant time investment, our refund and return policy differs from that of physical goods.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for services that have already been rendered or partially rendered. However, we may consider refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Cancellation Before Commencement: If a service agreement is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued, subject to any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees outlined in the service agreement.
  • Failure to Deliver: If Bell Consultancy Services fails to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the signed contract, and the failure is solely attributable to us, a refund or partial refund may be considered. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis after a thorough review.
  • Mutual Agreement: Refunds may be issued if both parties (Bell Consultancy Services and the client) mutually agree to terminate a service agreement and a refund is deemed appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees for initial assessments or strategy sessions.
  • Costs incurred for third-party services, software licenses, or materials purchased specifically for your project.
  • Services that have been completed or substantially completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@bellconsultancy.org within 7 days of the issue arising. The request must include:

  • Client Name and Company Name
  • Service Agreement Reference Number
  • Detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting documentation

If a refund is approved, the credit will be processed and credited within 7 to 10 business days from the approval date. The refund will be credited via the original mode of payment.

6. Changes to This Policy

Bell Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
